Submitting and publishing

 

  1. Author(s) should send their articles (.doc) to the e-mail address of the editorial office. If the article contains computer-processed photos, graphs, or drawings these should be sent in separate files. Do not include them in the text file.
  2. By submitting the article to the editorial office for publication the authors guarantee that the article hasn’t been published elsewhere and agree for the article to be published in the Social Pedagogy Journal. By submitting the article to the editorial office for publication the authors are also expected to adhere to the PEMS statement.
  3. All research and theoretical articles are subject to two blind (anonymous) peer reviews performed by Slovene and foreign reviewers. The reviewers are selected by the editorial board. The editorial board of the journal decides on the publication of the article after the submission of the peer reviews. Articles focusing on representations, book reviews, or congress reports will not be submitted for peer review.
  4. Authors will be notified on whether or not their article will be published. In some instances, the editorial board may suggest, based on the feedback from the reviewers, that authors further shorten, change, or supplement their articles prior to publication. The editorial board reserves the right to change, omit or supplement minor parts of the text without prior notice to the author in order to guarantee a better comprehensibility of the article.
  5. The copyrights for the articles which are submitted by the authors to the editorial office and published in the journal belong to the Social Pedagogy Journal, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
  6. Each first-time published author is entitled to five free copies of the journal.
