Kdo je "čefur"? Who is a "chefur"?

Povzetek
 
V neformalnih pogovorih, predvsem med mladino, se pogosto sliši beseda "čefur". To je domnevno oznaka za nekatere od priseljencev v Slovenijo. Naloga raziskuje miselni, vrednostni in čustveni pomen te oznake, in sicer takrat, ko jo uporabi oseba za označevanje samega sebe in ko jo uporabijo drugi. Vir empiričnih podatkov so opazovanja in intervjuji na terenu ter anketiranje več nereprezentativnih vzorcev mladine. Zaključki naloge pojasnjujejo oblikovanje identitete "čefurja" ter pojav "čefurskih" band.

Abstract
 
In informal conversation, especially amongst young people, the word "chefur" is often heard. Apparently this word is used to refer to some of the immigrants who have arrived in Slovenia. This research examines the conative and denotative aspects of this term, when used by others and when used by an individual to denote himself. Empirical data derives from observation and field interviews as well as from questionnaires handed out to a number of non-representative samples of young people. The conclusions of the research explain the forming of the "chefur" identity and the development of the "chefur" gangs.

Vloga paraprofesionalnega osebja v stanovanjskih skupinah Paraprofessional staff in group homes

Povzetek
 
V primerjavi z vzgojnim zavodom ponuja stanovanjska skupina možnosti vzgojnega delovanja in vplivanja, ki so pogosto ustreznejše od oblik vzgojnega dela v zavodu. V življenje in delo nekaterih slovenskih stanovanjskih skupin se vključuje tudi paraprofesionalno osebje - študenti in študentke različnih humanističnih usmeritev, ki v skupini prevzemajo naslednje naloge: organiziranje različnih animacijskih dejavnosti, družabništvo s stanovalci in stanovalkami, pomoč pri učenju ter nadomeščanje nočnega vzgojitelja/vzgojiteljice. Vloge, ki jih sprejme paraprofesionalno osebje, se vedno intenzivno povezujejo predvsem s stanovalci in stanovalkami. Predvidevala sem, da je vloga paraprofesionalnega osebja v skupini konfliktna, saj se mora pogosto odločati med različnimi pričakovanji s strani profesionalnega osebja, stanovalcev in stanovalk ter z lastnimi pričakovanji, vendar pa sem v deskriptivni raziskavi z uporabo kvalitativne analize ugotovila, da doživlja svojo vlogo kot konfliktno le paraprofesionalno osebje samo. Stanovalci in stanovalke ter profesionalno osebje ne doživljajo vlog in odnosov, ki jih vzpostavijo s paraprofesionalnim osebjem, kot problematičnih. Za delovanje paraprofesionalnega osebja v skupini je zelo pomembno, da profesionalno osebje ve za te konflikte, saj lahko z ustreznim odzivanjem in jasnimi pričakovanji do paraprofesionalnega osebja to konfliktnost v njihovi vlogi zmanjša.

Abstract
 
Compared to residential care homes, group homes often offer much more suitable educational activities and influences. Life and work of certain Slovenian group homes associations include paraprofessional staff members - students of various humanistic disciplines who take on the following roles within the group: organising various animating activities, socialising with the children and youngsters, assisting with teaching and deputising for the night tutor. These roles are nevertheless associated with very intensive relationships between the paraprofessional and the youngsters. The author has anticipated the potential for conflict in these roles within a group. The paraprofessional must often choose between the differing expectations placed on him/her by the professional personnel, the interns and also by him or herself. However, through her descriptive research using qualitative analysis, the author has ascertained that the experiencing of this role conflict is limited to the paraprofessional. To ensure the effectiveness within a group of the paraprofessional it is essential that the professional is aware of the existence of this conflict. The professional can then use appropriate reactions and clear expectations to minimalise the conflict in their respective roles.

Na poti k zrelejši identiteti On the way to a maturer identity

Povzetek
 
Članek skuša ugotoviti ključne korake, ki vodijo k zrelješi identiteti, in odkriti možnosti, ki jih na tej poti lahko ponudi socialni pedagog kot spremljevalec v študentskem domu. Uporabljena je bila študija primera po metodi kvalitativnega raziskovanja na podlagi esejev in anekdotskih zapisov. Ugotovili smo, da je sprejemanje odločitev ključni korak k zrelejši identiteti. Socialni pedagog lahko s spremljanjem študentov spodbuja refleksijo (uvid in presojo) izkušenj, ki lahko vodi k odločitvi. Spremljanje je vmesni prostor med odvisnostjo v domači družini in samostojnostjo.

Abstract
 
The purpose of this article is to determine the major steps that lead towards a more mature identity as well as to discover the more open possibilities a social pedagogue can offer in the course of his work on a student campus. A case-study using the qualitative research method on the basis of essays and anecdotal data collecting was also used. We have established that decision making is a key step towards a more mature identity. Through his/her working (or professional accompaniment) with students a social pedagogue can encourage reflection (judgement and insight) on experience, which can lead to a decision. Professional acommpaniment represents the space between dependency within the family and independence.

Povzetek
 
Prispevek opisuje delavnico, ki smo jo razvili za dva namena: za raziskovalno ugotavljanje odnosa mladih do drog ter kot metodični medij vzgojnega delovanja. V prispevku so prikazani rezultati izvedbe 43 takih delavnic. Dva temeljna zaključka našega dela sta, da so droge med mladimi očitno navzoča tema ter da se je o njej mogoče z njimi odprto pogovarjati.

Abstract
 
This article describes a workshop which was developed to achieve two ends: to establish the attitude of young people to drugs and as a methodical medium of educational activity. The results of carrying out 43 such workshops are presented. The two fundamental conclusions of this work are that drugs are a subject with an obvious presence among young people, and that it is possible to openly discuss the topic with them.
