Povzetek Namen članka je
ugotoviti, kako študentke socialne pedagogike na Danskem in v Sloveniji:
a) ocenjujejo lastne motive za odločitev za poklic pomoči, b) možna po
izvoru nezavedna ravnanja pri prihodnjem delu z uporabniki ter c) kakšen
je vpliv izobraževanja, kraja bivanja in opravljanja dejavnosti
samospoznavanja na te ocene. Pričujoča medkulturna raziskava temelji na
psihodinamskih teoretskih konceptih, predvsem poudarja pomen
strokovnjakovega poznavanja lastnega kontratransferja do uporabnika. V
presečni študiji, katere vzorec predstavlja 62 danskih in 63 slovenskih
študentk socialne pedagogike, je bil uporabljen kvantitativen
metodološki pristop. Rezultati kažejo, da obstajajo v motivaciji in
vizijah prihodnjega strokovnega dela med študenti socialne pedagogike na
Danskem in v Sloveniji nekatere (ne pa vse) od razlik, ki smo jih
predpostavljali. V teh značilnostih obstajajo razlike tudi med študenti
1. in 4. letnikov ter med tistimi, ki se bolj ali manj ukvarjajo z
dejavnostjo samospoznavanja. Razlik glede na kraj bivanja pa je bilo
precej manj. |
Abstract The aim of the paper is to find out how the students of social pedagogy in Denmark and Slovenia estimate their own motives for a choice of the helping profession and possible unconsciously driven behaviour towards users within their future work. The aim was also to find out the impact of the educating process, place of living and engaging in self-exploring activities. The present cross-cultural study is based upon psychodynamic theoretical concepts, namely the importance of professional’s acquaintance with his/her countertransference towards the user. In the cross-sectional study with the sample of 62 Danish and 63 Slovene students of social pedagogy the quantitative methodological approach was undertaken. The results showed significant differences between Danish and Slovenian students in regard to in some (but not all) dimensions of their motivation and visions of their future professional work. In these dimensions also 1st and 4th grade students differ, and also those who engage more or less in the self-exploring activities, while nearly no differences were found regarding to the student’s place of living. Povzetek Članek je teoretična razprava, ki popelje naše razmišljanje znotraj in onstran meja primerne, želene in spoštovane seksualnosti na delovnem mestu. Prvi del je namenjen težavnemu poskusu opredelitve koncepta spolnega (ne)nadlegovanja na delovnem mestu v ameriškem (ZDA) in evropskem okolju (države EU, s poudarkom v Sloveniji), medtem ko želim v drugem s pomočjo koncepta seksualnosti in njenega zatiranja izpostaviti problematičnost zamegljenega vidika spolnega nadlegovanja, ki se kaže v spolno agresivni delovni klimi. Omenjena družba slednjo kljub škodljivim posledicam zavije v navidezno normaliziranost, neodklonskost, naturaliziranost. Ključne besede: spolnost, spolno nadlegovanje na delovnem mestu, strukturno nasilje nad spolnostjo. |
Abstract This article is a theoretical discourse encouraging us to think about and beyond the appropriate, desired and respected sexuality in the work place. In its first part it looks at the complexity of defining the concept of sexual (non)harassment in the workplace both in the US and the EU environment (especially in Slovenia). In the second part the author highlights the problem of vagueness in sexual harassment from the point of view of sexuality and its repression which is often demonstrated in sexually aggressive work environment. In spite of its negative effects, the society hides it under the blanket of normality, non-deviation and naturalness. Zmanjševanje škode na področju drog | Harm reduction in the field of drug use |

Povzetek Prispevek predstavlja temeljne postavke novega pristopa na področju drog, ki ga poznamo pod pojmom zmanjševanje škode oz. politika normalizacije, in nekatere razlike v argumentaciji, ki jih prinaša. Ob tem izpostavlja vidnejše probleme raziskovanja in uveljavljene obravnave pojava drog. V zvezi s slednjim pozornost posveča predvsem pojavu temeljnega nesporazuma in njegovim posledicam, ki so postale predmet večjega zanimanja predvsem ob pojavu aidsa. Ključne besede: prepovedane droge, uporabniki nedovoljenih drog, politika zmanjševanja škode, posledice uživanja drog, aids, obravnava uporabe drog. |
Abstract The paper presents basic characteristic of the new approach in the drug field, known as harm reduction or the politics of normalization, and discusses certain differences in argumentation arising from this concept. The paper points out some of the main problems of the research and of the recognized approach to the phenomenon of drugs, focusing on basic misunderstanding and its consequences. This has become a subject of interest especially in connection with the occurrence of aids. Key words: ilicit drugs, drug users, harm reduction, consequences of drug use, aids, drug use treatment. |

Povzetek V članku je predstavljen oseben pogled na socialnopedagoško delo s težko prizadetimi osebami. Sooči nas s predstavo o težki prizadetosti, s pomenom neverbalne komunikacije. Ugotavlja, kakšne so posebne potrebe staršev in na kakšen način jim je mogoče pomagati. Predstavlja pomen socialne integracije za vso družino, za njihovo vključevanje v običajno okolje, iz katerega pravzaprav izhaja. Opozarja, da ob načrtovanju dela ne gre pozabiti na spremembe v psihofizičnih sposobnostih prizadetih oseb in na previdnost ob vrednotenju lastnih prizadevanj. Zaključuje z dejstvom, da je najpomembnejša naloga socialnega pedagoga ravno v približevanju drugačnosti širšemu okolju in v odpravljanju ovir v medsebojnih odnosih. Abstract This article brings a very personal view of work with severely handicapped persons. It confronts us with the image of severe handicap and with the importance of non-verbal communication. It recognises the special needs of parents and offers ideas on how they could be assisted. The article further highlights the importance of social integration for the whole family, their inclusion in the social environment where the family actually comes from. It also warns that while planning work, changes in the psycho-physical abilities of handicapped persons should not be overlooked, and advises caution in assessing one’s own efforts. The article concludes that the most important task of the social pedagogue is to build up awareness of what it means to be different among the general public and to remove obstacles standing in the way of interpersonal relationships.
