Metafizika ekstazija The metaphysics of ecstasy

Povzetek

Ekstazi je razmeroma nova droga, ki se je v zadnjem desetletju uspešno vključila v zabavno industrijo in novonastalo plesno kulturo. V članku je predstavljena kratka zgodovina ekstazija, njegove lastnosti in učinki na zavest uporabnikov. Empirični podatki so bili zbrani z intervjuji od uporabnikov v okviru raziskave o plesnih drogah in nudijo pogled v stvarnost slovenskih rejverjev in ostalih uživalcev te droge.

Abstract

Ecstasy is a relatively new drug which has been in the last decade successfully assimilated by the leisure industry and the new born dance culture. This article presents a brief history of ecstasy, characteristics of different related substances and their effects on the user's mind. The empirical data was in larger part collected by interviews with users in the framework of a research project on dance drugs. The picture of subjective reality of Slovenian ravers and other users of this drug is presented in the last part of the article.

Načrtovanje individualne pomoči kot participativni postopek na področju pomoči mladim Planning individual assistance as a participatory process in the field of care work with young people

Povzetek

Prispevek pojasnjuje temeljne vsebinske premike, ki jih je na področje skrbi za mlade v Nemčiji prinesel nov zakon iz leta 1991 (Kinder und Jugendhilfegesatz). Zanj je bistvena menjava izhodiščne paradigme: od skrbstva za mlade kot državnoregultivnega poseganja do prostovoljnega vključevanja v različne oblike pomoči. Med cilji zakona so oblikovanje partnerske pomoči ob upoštevanju družinske avtonomije, razvoj bolj pestrih in različnih oblik pomoči, spoštovanje pravic otrok in mladostnikov, ter zagotavljanje prostovoljnosti vključevanja. Članek postavlja procesnost socialnopedagoškega odločanja kot izhodiščno metodološko značilnost ter opisuje štiri delovne/metodične korake pri oblikovanju načrta pomoči.

Abstract

This contribution explains the basic constituent changes which the 1991 new law in Germany (Kinder und Jugendhilfegesatz) has brought to the field of youth support and care work. Fundamental to this is the change in the basic model: from one where assistance to young people is a form of intervention with the aim of social regulation, to a system which offers voluntary inclusion in various forms of support. Among the goals of this law are the formation of supportive partnerships which respect the autonomy of the family, the development of more varied and diverse forms of assistance, respect of children's and adolescents' rights, and the assurance of voluntary participation. The article proposes a process of social-pedagogic decision making as the starting methodical characteristic and describes four operational/methodical steps in the formation of a plan for support.

Hermenevtični pristop k socialnopedagoški diagnostiki Hermeneutic approach to the social pedagogic diagnosis

Povzetek

Prispevek obravnava možnosti hermenevtične socialnopedagoške prakse. Ta razvija metodične smernice za sodelovanje otroka/mladostnika v procesu socialnopedagoške diagnoze. Temeljni namen diagnoze je poiskati podporne in spoprijemalne elemente v otrokovem/mladostnikovem položaju in na teh dejavnikih osnovati učinkovit načrt pomoči. V prvem delu prispevek izpostavlja problem heterogenosti socialnopedagoške diagnostike, ki ga označujejo tako pristopi različnih disciplin kot tudi različni pogledi v razumevanju in obravnavi mladostnika (znanstveno razumevanje, pretežno administrativna obravnava, obravnava v praksi). V nadaljevanju se prispevek usmerja v značilnosti hermenevtičnega diagnostičnega pristopa. Osvetljuje metode in postopek hermenevtične diagnostične dejavnosti, v kateri se lahko strokovnjak opira na spontane ali delno strukturirane pedagoške pogovore in tako prek samoprezentacij dobi vpogled v subjektivne pomene, ki tvorijo otrokov/mladostnikov življenski svet. Metodični koraki take diagnostike (izbor izjav v pogovoru, ključni elementi v pogovoru, ovrednotenje pogovora) so v prispevku popestreni z izseki iz intervjuja z mladostnico.

Abstract

This article examines the possibilities of applying hermeneutic social pedagogical practice, which provides the methodical guidelines for evaluating the child's/young person's active contribution to the process of a establishing a social-pedagogical diagnosis, whose main aim is to identify the supportive and confrontational elements in the child's/young person's situation and, based on these elements, to devise an effective individual plan of assistance. The first part emphasises the heterogeneity of social-pedagogical diagnostics which is characterised by a number of various disciplinary approaches and divergent views on understanding and treating young people (scientific interpretation, administrative treatment, treatment in practice). The article goes on to describe the various characteristics of the hermeneutic diagnostic approach. It looks at the methods and procedures of hermeneutic diagnostic work, which allows the professional to use spontaneous and partially structured pedagogical conversations, and through a self-presentation given by the child/young person obtain an insight into the subjective meanings that form the world in which the child/young person lives. Methodological steps: selection of statements from conversation, key elements of conversation, evaluation and interpretation, I present with illustrations of excerpts from an interview with a young girl.

Povzetek

Članek opisuje naravo disocialne motenosti ter strokovnega dela z otroci in mladostniki, ki kažejo moteče vedenje. Pri tem izhaja iz teze o socialni umeščenosti motečega vedenja v socialnem sistemu ter iz teze, da strokovnjak predstavlja eno od referenčnih točk za opredelitev stanja. Glede na naravo problematike disocialnosti mora biti prvi in najpomembnejši cilj strokovnega dela vzpostavitev prvega stika in njegovo vzdrževanje. V skladu s tem ciljem morajo strokovnjaki tudi načrtovati svoje delo ter usmerjati odnos s svojimi strankami.

Abstract

This article describes the nature of behavioural disturbances and of professional work with children who display disturbing behaviour. The author's starting point are the suppositions that the disturbing behaviour is always embedded in the social system of individual, and that the professional worker presents one of the points of reference in the process of the definition of the condition mix of disturbed behaviour. The first and foremost goal of the professional work must be establishing the first contact with young person and then maintaining it. Professional workers must both plan their work and align the relationship with their clients in accordance with that goal.
